How We Charge
We want to be completely transparent when it comes to how we charge for our services.
We charge a fee of £395 which is payable on receipt of a mortgage offer, but deferred until completion to cover mortgage advice and arrangement.
We will also be paid commission from the provider.
The FCA does not regulate valuers, solicitors, estate agents and accountants.
